Job Description: Midwest Property Sales — a subsidiary of Iowa Wildlife Habitat Services — is a full-service real estate brokerage and habitat consulting company. We specialize in hunting and farm land sales of all types in Iowa and pride ourselves in our knowledge and experience in determining value and quality of all types of land across Iowa.

Particulars required for a real estate sales postion with us are:  (Note: this is not a wildlife management postion but a real estate sales position)

• A passion for the outdoors!
• An ability and a Desire to Learn
• An ability to work full-time
• An ability to work on a commission-only basis.
• An ability to get an Iowa real estate license 
• An ability to work as an independent contractor
• Should have some sort of hunting background
• College level education preferred
• Knowledge of hunting
• Financial ability to help market yourself and your small business
• Rest Assured — We will show you how to go about getting your Iowa real estate license — where to get your classes and when they are available!  (must take an approved 60 hour course).
