Rich Waite (Broker/Owner-Founder)
Iowa Wildlife Habitat Services has been in business since 1999. Our mission is to help Iowa landowners, and future Iowa landowners, improve the wildlife habitat quality of their land. Rich Waite is the founder/owner and has training in wildlife and fisheries biology and foresty from Iowa State University and from the University of Montana. Rich has personally improved thousands of acre of habitat for many landowners across Iowa and Missouri over the last decade or so.
Rich is a licensed Iowa real estate broker and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Iowa Association of Realtors, and the Southeast Iowa association of Realtors. Rich has sold many millions of dollars worth of real estate across Iowa over the last several years. Iowa Wildlife Habitat Services — IWHS — prides itself on helping people find the land of their dreams they are looking for and in helping them manage that land for the wildlife they desire. Rich resides in Southeast Iowa with his wife Paula and his son Allen (and his dog Jetta:).
